Joining North Star Medical Group

Becoming a patient at North Star Medical Group is simple. We contract with leading health plans, which include different products such as HMOs, PPOs, EPOs and more.

We suggest that you identify the provider that best meets your personal needs. Feel free to search our Web Site Provider Directory. If you have any additional questions regarding a provider, please call the medical office where he/she is located. Anyone from our medical staff would be more than happy to answer your questions.

Once you have chosen your provider, you will need to call your health plan (phone number is located on your membership identification card) and tell them you would like to switch to North Star Medical Group. They will guide you from there.
