Dr. Carniciu is one of the founders of NorthStar Medical Group. The practice of medicine has a long tradition in his family. 
The fundament of his practice is based on availability, good communication and trust.
Dr Carniciu and his staff aggressively promote life style modification, exercise and healthy eating as a base for preventive medicine.
In managing chronic medical problems he emphasizes patient education as well as making the patient partners and taking partial charge of their own medical condition for the best outcome.
