Our Services

The group setting in which we practice promotes easy access to a broad range of comprehensive services under one roof. In addition, we offer a growing number of services at our main office. We even perform a number of outpatient procedures on-site which can often eliminate a trip to the hospital.

Our Physicians

North Star Medical Group is comprised of over 15 primary care and specialty physicians including experts in specialties and subspecialties. We maintain high standards for each physician in our group. All physicians are Board Certified in the area of their specialty in medicine. This helps assure the quality care that North Star Medical Group is known for. In addition to treating patients, many of our physicians are clinical instructors at area medical schools.

Your Primary Care Physician

Your primary care physician (PCP) is generally the first person you see for a regular physical exam or for a health problem. He or she knows all about your medical history, changes that have occurred over time and your ongoing health and wellness. Your PCP will refer you to specialists as needed, and will track and monitor your specialty care as it relates to you as a whole person. Since the PCP is at the base of all care, it is a high priority that you have a good relationship with your PCP. At North Star Medical Group, there are a number of primary care physicians to choose from. Ideally, patients should take time to choose a primary care physician that is most compatible with them. PCPs include internists, pediatricians, and obstetricians / gynecologists.
